Tacos Vs. Ice Cream was founded in spring of 2018 by dynamic duo Lucas De Santis and Spencer Hackbart.

The two met at Stratford Chef School, where their passion for cooking and ingenuity in the kitchen brought them together. They decided to divert from their fine-dining careers and start down a path of their own.

The food truck was the perfect entry into the world as a new business, providing a fun atmosphere that matches the creativity and joy they strive to bring forward in their food.

Why tacos and ice cream? Because, seriously… who doesn’t love tacos and ice cream?

The world seems to agree on their love for these foods, and the TVIC team brings a special flare to keep things interesting. Their menu features a rotating list of one-of-a-kind tacos, elevated fries, nachos, chicken wings and ice cream treats, just to name a few. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are also made available for guests - there really is a little something for everyone.
